CHICKPEAS

Cicer arietinum Grass which grains are used to make flour, cereal flour, semolina and many other different eating products. It is presented intact, dry, clean and free from unknown substances, fungus or insects. Moisture at 14% max. Chickpea is commercialized in bulk according to exportation and tolerance rules from the Argentine Republic.

BEANS

Phaseolus This legume grains are medium oil content and high protein content. It is presented intact, dry, clean and free from insects. Moisture at 13% max. Bean is commercialized in 25-50 kg bags according to exportation and tolerance rules from the Argentine Republic.

WHITE KIDNEY BEANS

French bean is white and it is rich in proteins and carbohydrate. Weight is from 180 up to 240kg.

CRANBERRY BEANS

Such variety of bean is red with brown little dots. It has one of the largest percentages of proteins of all legume. Being harvest from June to July, it offers a great advantage for those who live in the North hemisphere. It arrives at the markets between 90 – 120 days from harvest to be commercialized in the US and Canada products.

DARK RED KIDNEY BEANS

Dark red and smooth typical taste. It is a variety rich in proteins and carbohydrate. Its capacity is over 10% more than other varieties, which encourages its extensive production. Weight is from 180 up to 270kg.

BLACK BEANS

Black beans contains more than 20% of their weight in high value proteins. It helps to free essential amino acid during the process of digestion by acid hydrolysis.
